Policies regarding sexual harassment

In accordance with Law 151, reading this policy is mandatory for everyone. The Cestar College, LaSalle Campus policy to prevent and combat sexual violence was adopted by the Board of Directors on July 1, 2022.


Cestar College, LaSalle Campus is committed to fostering a healthy and safe environment for all members of the college community. We are fully committed to complying with the Act to Prevent and Combat Sexual Violence in Higher Education Institutions.



This policy applies at all times

  • To the students, teachers, staff and anyone else present on campus.
  • During activities that take place on or off campus and involve people who are stakeholders in the institution.
  • To third parties who are involved in the establishment during an activity or who use the establishment's resources.
