The Project Management in Graphic Communication Techniques program (AEC - NWC.07) offers structured and practical training designed to equip students with the specific skills required for immediate professional application.

Successful completion of this program leads to an Attestation of College Studies (ACS).
The ACS diploma is a qualification awarded in Quebec by CEGEPs and some private colleges following successful completion of a programme authorised by the Ministry of Higher Education, created specifically for an adult clientele and reflecting the current realities of the labour market.
The student who is pursuing training in English, without a certificate of eligibility for instruction in English, must have a sufficient level of knowledge of French in order to obtain an AEC under the application of article 88.0.18 of the Charter of the French Language.

Program Description
Project management teams are essential in many fields, including communications and technology. Private and public organizations need brokers, representatives, and supervisors to successfully complete projects.
The Graphic Communications Project Management Techniques program allows students to develop in-depth knowledge of all aspects of successful project management. Furthermore, this program is essential for those who wish to become more effective workers and invaluable team members.
Admission Requirements

Canadian Students
You are eligible to apply for this program if you satisfy the education requirements of the college and you meet at least one of the following criteria:
- You have interrupted your full-time studies or pursued full-time post-secondary education for at least two (2) consecutive semesters or a school year
- You are covered by an agreement concluded between the college and an employer, or you benefit from a government program
- You have interrupted your full-time studies for one (1) semester and have continued your full-time postsecondary studies for one semester
- You have a Diploma of Secondary Studies (DES)

You can apply for admission to this program if you meet the college's academic requirements and all of the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in a related or equivalent field
- IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no score below 5.5 in any module OR IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no score below 6.0 OR Duolingo* test score of 105 to 110
- Language requirements: minimum score of 79 on the TOEFL (Internet-based test, with no score below 20 in any section), or a minimum score of 53 on the PTE Academic – Post-Secondary Programs
- You must have obtained at least 55% in the main subjects related to the study program.
- One (1) year of professional experience
Fast track
- Bachelor's degree in a related or equivalent field
- IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no score below 5.5 in any module OR IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no score below 6.0 OR Duolingo* test score of 125 to 130
- Language requirements: minimum score of 88 on the TOEFL (Internet-based test, with no score below 20 in any section), or a minimum score of 59 on the PTE Academic – Postgraduate/Accelerated Programs
- You must have obtained at least 55% in the main subjects related to the study program.
- One (1) year of professional experience
*Duolingo tests have been set up to compensate for the closure of IELTS test centers and to promote social distancing for our future students.
Technical Requirements
Since the fall of 2024, Cestar College, Longueuil campus has implemented a policy for the use of personal devices (BYOD).
Here are the minimum recommended technical requirements for laptops at Cestar College, Longueuil campus:
- Microsoft Windows 11
- 11th generation Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor
- Minimum memory of 8 GB (16 GB preferred)
- Webcam functionality
- Audio capability (high-quality speakers and headphones/microphone for classroom use)
- 512GB or larger SSD
- Wireless network adapter compatible with the IEEE 802.11g/n/ac standard
- 15-inch screen or larger (recommended resolution 1920x1080)
- At least 1 full-size USB port (USB 3.0A) and 1 or more USB-C ports.
- Antivirus software required
- Optional: RJ45 10/100/1000 Ethernet connection or USB to Ethernet adapter
The College has established that a Windows-based PC is required. Apple or Chromebook devices are not suitable for Cestar Collège programs. The College provides registered students with wireless Internet access and access to O365 software downloads.
