Course Description
Eating habits and good nutrition are the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Busy lives and limited time can make balanced and nutritious meals a challenge. Exploring the world of processed foods and finding healthy alternatives can influence better choices.
Qualified instructors will discuss nutrition and its benefits and effects on children's health. Simple meal choices, recipes, and ideas can help families make fun changes while maintaining their activities and family time. This is a beginner-level course and is well-suited to anyone interested in nutrition for children and adolescents – a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

- A solid and uninterrupted wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE) broadband connection with a minimum bandwidth of 600 kbps (up/down).
- A laptop/desktop computer equipped with a single-core processor (processing speed of at least 1 GHz) or a smartphone/tablet with equivalent processing capabilities
- Good speakers/headphones for listening to lectures
