Cestar College, Longueuil Campus
Bring Your Own Device Policy
Since Fall 2024, Cestar College, Longueuil Campus has implemented a Bring Your Own Device policy. This means that students will use their own laptops (meeting the minimum requirements listed below) for all courses they take during the program.
This policy aims to create an optimized and comfortable learning environment for students since they will be working with a familiar personal device and there is no learning curve or acclimatization period associated with new devices.
In addition, using their own personal device provides students with an enhanced learning experience as they can access their course materials at any time, given the multiple learning options offered by the school (on-site, online or hybrid).
Furthermore, the limited need for school-provided devices reduces waste and contributes to a sustainable and environmentally friendly environment!
