Bring Your Own Device Policy

Since the fall of 2024, Cestar College, LaSalle Campus has implemented the Bring Your Own Device policy.

This means that students will use their own laptops (meeting the minimum requirements listed below) for all courses they take during the program.

This policy aims to create an optimized and comfortable learning environment for students, as they will be working with familiar personal devices and there is no learning curve or adjustment period associated with new equipment. Furthermore, using their own personal devices provides students with an enhanced learning experience because they can access their course materials at any time, given the multiple learning options offered by the school (on-site, online, or hybrid). In addition, the limited need for school-provided devices reduces waste and contributes to a sustainable and environmentally friendly environment!
