To combat a massive shortage of skilled labour in the IT sector, the Government of Quebec has set up the program for requalification and support in information and communications technology (PRATIC)
This program allows you to receive an employment assistance allowance of $650 per week while you take eligible full-time training leading to employment in the field of ICT (information and communication technologies). The allowances will be paid to you for the duration of the training.
