A student who obtains an AEC in Business Management is known as a business management technician. At the end of the program, you will be trained in customer service, marketing, communications, accounting, computing and finance. This allows you to work in retail or wholesale as a salesperson, supervisor, manager, business owner or entrepreneur.
Completion of this program leads to an Attestation of collegial studies (AEC).
The AEC diploma is a qualification awarded in Quebec by CEGEPs and some private colleges following successful completion of a programme authorised by the Ministry of Higher Education, created specifically for an adult clientele and reflecting the current realities of the labour market.
