This course is ideal for learners who have completed A2 level of English or possess equivalent competency.

Note:
40 hours allow you to make significant progress in a level, especially with good personal commitment. However, according to the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), on average you need:
B1: approximately 180 hours
This means that in 40 hours, you can lay a good foundation or consolidate your knowledge, but completing a level entirely will often require more time and practice, particularly through independent exercises and regular exposure to the language.

The Summer English course - Level B1 take place over 20 hours, one to two hours per week, according to the schedule determined for each level, in group sessions and by distance learning. Courses are offered on Teams and take place on Montreal time (Eastern Daylight Time (EDT or UTC-4h)).
